Anyway I was just starting to sort my stuff out in preparation for the big writing project which kicks off next week (when I leave Freedman after 1.5 years to finish DARKMATTERS)...
I was thinking about the amount of emails you send during your time in a place and have compiled the top 10 'not work related' email list for the last 18 months (this list does not include the 71 weekly film review emails sent to all the people listed below and about 80 others):

2. John Richardson (old friend) with 92 emails
3. Dave Golding (old friend) with 55 emails
4. Mike Brooks (old friend) with 53 emails
5. Steven Worsley (friend / boyfriend of babysitter) with 40 emails
6. Paul Upson (ex work colleague and Chelsea fan) with 39 emails
7. Alan Masters (friend) with 38 emails
8. Bryan Doyle (friend / pastor) with 37 emails
9. Simon Middleditch (friend) with 36 emails
10. Chris Curtis (friend) with 34 emails

On average the total works out to just over 2 'not work related' emails every working day - sociable but not excessive?
